Community Collaborators — Fall 2026

AVR is more than an event — it is a movement rooted in the overlanding culture of the Atlanta region. If your organization, business, or ministry shares a commitment to community, adventure, and access, there is a place for you here.

Our Foundation

Community Is the
Event

AVR was not built by a corporation. It was built by people who believe the outdoors is for everyone — that the overlanding community is richer when it reflects the full diversity of the Atlanta region. Community Collaborators are organizations, businesses, faith communities, and nonprofits who share that belief and want to show up alongside us.

🌍
Access for All
We believe outdoor and adventure culture should be accessible across every background, income level, and community in the Atlanta region.
🔗
Rooted Connection
AVR is built on real relationships — not transactional placements. Collaborators are woven into the event experience, not simply added to a list.
🌱
Long-Term Presence
We are building something that grows year over year. Community Collaborators who invest early become foundational to the AVR story.
Ways to Collaborate

How You Show Up

1
Vendor and Activation Space
Bring your products, services, or programming directly to AVR attendees. Vendor space is available at every investment tier. Community organizations may qualify for reduced-rate or in-kind exchange placements.
2
In-Kind Contribution
Contribute gear, food and beverage, apparel, services, or other resources to the event. In-kind contributions are accepted at every tier up to Expedition level, with a minimum dollar value at each tier to ensure equitable exchange.
3
Programming and Community Events
Partner with AVR to bring workshops, talks, or community activations to the event. Faith organizations, nonprofits, and civic groups are encouraged to bring programming that aligns with outdoor access and community building.
4
Audience and Network Contribution
Help us reach more of the Atlanta region. Collaborators who activate their own networks — through social media, newsletters, church bulletins, or community boards — are recognized and rewarded with elevated visibility at the event.
In-Kind Contributions

Give What You Have

Not every contribution is cash — and that is intentional.
AVR was designed to make participation accessible for community organizations of every size. If your church wants to contribute food. If your nonprofit has gear to donate. If your small business can provide printing or apparel. Those contributions matter, and they are treated with the same respect and recognition as financial investment.
