Can I purchase my ticket on-site?

Yes, tickets will be available on-site for purchase.

What is your refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. There are no refunds if you cannot attend.

Are there quiet hours?

Yes, our quiet hours are from 11:00 pm – 7:00 am. Please be respectful of your camping neighbors. This includes music, bright lights, or anything else that may bother your neighbors.

What does my admission cover?

Weekend Pass: Camping from Friday 12:00pm – Sunday 12:00pm, (5) raffle tickets, entry to all classes, competitions, and raffles. Access to our vendor village.

Day Pass:

Entry to all classes, competitions, raffles and access to our vendor village.

(NO CAMPING)

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, you may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing adventurevehicleroundup@gmail.com

Will there be a group trail ride?

We’re excited to bring back a trail ride for 2025! Stay tuned for more details!

Are camp fires allowed?

Fires are allowed in contained fire pits (propane fire pit, solo stove, etc) or at designated fire pit locations on-site.

Are dogs allowed?

We love our dogs and they are welcome at our events. All dogs must be leashed, quiet, and well behaved AT ALL TIMES. You must clean up after you pet. No dogs are to be left unattended at campsite or in vehicles at any time. Any dogs that show aggressive behavior will result in asking the owners to remove the animal from the property.

Is the event family friendly?

We are a family friendly event. All minors must be accompanied but adults at all times while on property. Please read all guidelines regarding minors in our waiver.

Are there restrooms?

There will be porta potties available on-site for attendees.

Are there showers?

Unfortunately, no.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, but we have a strict policy against drink or belligerent behavior, so please keep this in mind. THERE IS NO UNDERAGE DRINKING TOLERATED.

Will there be water on property?

Please note that there is no water available on the property.

Are RVs or large campers allowed?

Yes, but you must purchase an RV Weekend Pass for any trailer over 16′.

Are there RV hookups?

There are 6 RV sites with hookup, once those are sold out, there will be space for boondocking RVs.

Are generators allowed?

Yes, low decibel generators are allowed ONLY in the generator area.
