A key component of the Adventure Vehicle Roundup is the variety of classes we offer. Our events attract incredible instructors who teach everything from first aid and off-road vehicle recovery to knife making and more. These hands-on classes, led by our dedicated volunteers, are included with both weekend and day passes. We continuously update and expand our class offerings to provide the best experience for our attendees. As we get closer to the fall event, we’ll release a new class list along with the schedule.

Stress Recovery in Natural Environments: Practical Tools for Resilience is a unique hands-on workshop offered at Adventure Vehicle Roundup, designed specifically for off-roaders and overlanders carrying the weight of everyday stress, anxiety, and burnout. Led by a certified forest therapy guide, this session goes beyond relaxation—offering practical, no-fluff strategies to help you regulate stress, engage your senses, and reconnect with both your body and mind. Rooted in mindfulness and nature-based practices, the workshop empowers you to shift out of high gear and find clarity in the quiet. Because your most important tool isn’t just in your rig—it’s the resilience you build within.
