We’re thrilled to announce the return of our Adventure Vehicle Roundup for the Georgia overland community—this time in Crawfordsville, GA at BoMax Ranch & Retreat from March 27- 29, 2026! Join us for a weekend packed with camping, engaging classes, competitive challenges, and plenty of opportunities to connect. Set against Crawfordsville’s scenic backdrop, our event is designed for adventurers of every experience level, offering a supportive environment where everyone can learn, grow, and forge lasting bonds. Building on our previous successes—where we saw a dramatic surge in attendance, with numbers more than doubling from our fall 2023 to spring 2024 event—we’re conservatively forecasting at least a 30% increase this year, with aspirations to exceed a 50% boost over our last Fall event. We can’t wait to share this unforgettable adventure with you!
Who comes to the AVR?
We take great pride in the diverse backgrounds and varying levels of camping experience among our attendees. Beyond our community’s diversity, we also curate a wide range of brands in our vendor area to offer attendees a variety of options while minimizing redundancy. As a vendor-friendly event, we prioritize visibility and do everything we can to help vendors maximize their sales—both during the event and beyond.
What comes with my vendor space?
Our goal is to make the vendor experience as awesome as possible, so we price our vendor spaces as reasonably as we can. We offer 15×15 vendor spaces, and with that each vendor gets a booth space (15×15), (2) vehicle passes, and (4) staff passes. Additional vehicle and staff passes can be purchases if needed. We will also create social media posts and have your company logo on our event banner. With you booth space a giveaway to our raffle is not required. You have the option to camp in our vendor camping area or anywhere else across the property if your vehicle is not a part of your booth.
What if I can’t make it? Can I be a sponsor?
We understand fall is a busy time and not all of the brands are available to send a representative to our event. For these brands we have our Sponsorship level. With this level, all we require a giveaway for our attendee raffle. If this is a physical item, it must be shipped to us no later than 2 weeks before the event. Also included in this level is a social media post across all of our platforms and a logo spot on our event banner.
How can we be a Featured Sponsor?
There are many ways to be participate in the Adventure Vehicle Roundup, one of them is as a Featured Sponsor. As a Featured Sponsor, you get top billing on all marketing materials. In addition, your logo will be with the other Featured Sponsor on our event flyer. You will also get multiple individual social media posts across all of our platforms. If attending on-site you will get a 15×30 booth space with (2) Vehicle passes and (6) staff passes. What are vendor area and event hours?
As mentioned before we are a very vendor friendly event and want you to get the most out of your weekend. The event will run from Friday – Sunday, and vendor hours will be available soon.
Is there Wifi, cell signal, or power?
Fortunately, the venue is in a pretty good spot for most cell coverage so hot spotting off of your cell phone shouldn’t be a problem. As far as power goes, we have no available hook ups for the vendor area on-site. There is plenty of open sky above the vendor area, so solar power should be no problem.
What’s around the event location?
We’ve chosen an ideal location for the Fall AVR, the BoMax Ranch and Retreat in Crawfordsville, GA, ensuring that local conveniences and attractions are always within easy reach. Nestled just minutes from the ranch, you can explore the historic Crawfordsville Farmers Market, stroll through the charming downtown area with its unique boutiques and cozy cafés, or take in the natural beauty along the Crawfordsville Nature Trail. Whether you’re grabbing a bite to eat or simply enjoying the local vibe, there’s plenty to discover on your way to or from the event.
